POLICY ON FUNDED PUBLICATIONS

Synergy Publishers complies with open access mandates of all funding organizations. Authors who publish in Synergy Publishers journals retain the copyright to their published articles. Accordingly, they can deposit a copy of the published manuscript to open access repositories for public archiving. Synergy Publishers follows the consequent policy for deposition of funded publications:

Authors can store the final published article in any additional institutional, disciplinary or governmental depository. However, an acknowledgment must be given to the source of publication, followed by a link to the published article on the journal’s/publisher’s website.

SELF-ARCHIVING POLICY

Authors hold the copyright to their articles; therefore, they can SELF-ARCHIVE their accepted and published manuscripts on their websites, institutional repositories like PMC, or a cross-institutional subject repository like arXive.org. All articles are published following the Creative Commons Attribution License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode), allowing permitted archiving, distribution, and reproduction of any medium provided that the work is properly cited.

LONG-TERM ARCHIVING OF SYNERGY PUBLISHERS CONTENT

To ensure uninterrupted access to our publications, Synergy Publishers has an affiliation with PORTICO to have long-term storage of the content published in its journals.
