Abstract: Neurogenic tumor is the most common mediastinal tumor encountered in children. However, those arising from the primitive sympathetic ganglion cells is rare. 20% of these tumors are malignant and neuroblastic tumors are the most common of them [1, 2]. The clinical course varies.
