Abstract: The association of endometriosis and IBD had been noted in anecdotal case reports since many years. Lately, new evidence was published, establishing a stronger link between the two entities. We present hereby a case of Crohn’s disease and small bowel endometriosis in a young patient, demonstrating the difficulty in the differential diagnosis between the two entities.
