The aim of the study: to prove the effectiveness of the bionic approach in endoprosthetics of the hand joints on an experimental model. The study included 120 laboratory animals divided into two groups. In the main group we used a bionic endoprosthesis, in the control - a standard endoprosthesis. Follow-up dates were the first day, 14 and 30 days after surgery. To evaluate the results of endoprosthetics we used examination, panoramic radiography, stimulated electromyography, rheovasography and thermography. During the examination on the 14th day after cast removal we noted significant differences in the comparative groups (p = 0.047), after 30 days the differences were compensated by the development of muscle contracture (p = 0.234). The radiography after 14 days showed that the deviation angle of the mechanical axis in the control series was 6.75 ± 0.96 °, in the main series - 3.67 ± 0.58 ° (p = 0.005), by 30 days the differences became more significant. Using bionic endoprostheses, it was possible to achieve stability and reduce the degree of development of joint deviation of the experimental model from 5.33 ± 0.58 ° to 2.25 ± 0.50 ° (p = 0.001). Keywords: Bionic approach, additive technologies, hand endoprosthetics, experimental model, orthopedic oncology.References
