Abstract

Primary pulmonary artery sarcomas are rare. Moreover, they are notorious for masquerading as a chronic pulmonary embolus. There is much symptom overlap that leads to this relatively common misdiagnosis. We present such a case. Keywords: Sarcoma, pulmonary artery, neoplasm, spindle cell.
