Pharmacist-provided medication therapy management services (MTMS) have been shown to increase patient's adherence to medications, improve health outcomes and reduce overall medical costs. The purpose of this journal is to understand the changing relationship between prevention, treatment and care. We need to study the implications of advances in its treatment for primary prevention. The purpose is to find out what might be the likely future impact of therapeutic advance on perceptions, beliefs and behaviours of those at heightened risk and further to discover the implications of treatment.
